If you do want formal tastings, there are two ways to go. Book them yourself and pay the winery directly — that way you can taste anywhere you want. Or pre-pay when you book your bus at $28 per person per tasting (most pour five to six wines) and we'll make the reservations for you.

If you pre-pay, these are our tasting stops: Baron's Creek, Texas Wine Collective, and Slate Theory. Those are the wineries we have relationships with. Anywhere else is still completely fair game — you'd just book that one yourself.
