To rent a bus check out the pricing page to see which trip you would like. Then click on the “Book Now” button and select which type of trip you want to book. Then enter in your pickup location and select if you’d like to pay in full or just the $100 deposit (the rest is due the day before the trip). We’ll then send you a confirmation email within 24-48 hours with the rest of the details.

Yes. When you rent a bus by the hour it is your time and we will take you wherever you want to go.

We have built in coolers in all the buses and we provide ice, bottled water, and cups.

We service all of greater Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Lakeway, Westlake, Buda, Kyle and Manor. We go to San Marcos, New Braunfels, and Killeen but there may be additional charges.
We don’t go to San Antonio.

We require a $100.00 deposit to reserve a bus. The balance is due the day before the trip unless you want to pay the driver cash upon arrival. We can charge the same card used for the deposit reservation and we provide a payment link in the confirmation email for a different card.

If severe incremental weather prohibits a safe float or lake trip we will instead take you to on a six hour winery/brewery/BBQ tour for the same price.

Sure!! We can pick you up in one location and drop you off somewhere else, whatever works best for you.

The $100 or $200 deposit is non-refundable when you book the trip. When you put a deposit down at a specific time you reserve that bus and we are no longer able to sell that time slot if you cancel. The remaining balance is still due if you cancel less than 72 hours before your trip.

A $100.00 deposit is required to book a bus. $200.00 deposit for proms.
The deposit is taken off the balance and the balance is due 48 hours before the trip unless you are paying cash and then you can pay the driver upon arrival. We will charge the card on file automatically unless you indicate you’d like to pay with a different card or cash. For example if the trip is $500.00 you pay a $100.00 deposit to book and the balance would be $400.00.
Once the deposit is paid we send you a confirmation email detailing hours, bus size, and balance due. You can reply back to that email with the pickup details, time, and location.
When booking the pickup time drop down menu only allows for booking on the hour but you can change the time through the confirmation email.
All the buses have built in coolers and we provide ice, bottled water, and cups and you can bring any type of drinks (including alcohol) and food you like.
No smoking of any kind including vapors. Smoking on the bus will result in a $250.00 fine and/or immediate termination of the ride.Austin Party Bus Questions
