POLICIES

A $100.00 deposit is required to book a bus. $200.00 deposit for proms.
The deposit is taken off the balance and the balance is due the day before the trip unless you are paying cash and then you can pay the driver upon arrival. For example if the trip is $500.00 you pay a $100.00 deposit to book and the balance would be $400.00.
The deposit is refundable if you cancel two weeks prior to the trip.
Once the deposit is paid we send you a confirmation email detailing hours, bus size, and balance due. You can reply back to that email with the pickup details, time, and location.
When booking the pickup time drop down menu only allows for booking on the hour but you can change the time through the confirmation email.
All the buses have built in coolers and we provide ice, bottled water, and cups and you can bring any type of drinks (including alcohol) and food you like.
No smoking of any kind including vapors. Smoking on the bus will result in a $250.00 fine and/or immediate termination of the ride.Austin Party Bus Questions

Can we drink on the bus?

Yes. You can bring liquor, beer, wine…bottles, cans, jello shots…whatever.

Do you have an iPod connection?

Yes.

Can we make multiple stops?

Yes. When you rent a bus by the hour it is your time and we will take you wherever you want to go.

Do you provide Ice?

We have built in coolers in all the buses and we provide ice, bottled water, and cups.

 

What areas do you go to?

         We service all of greater Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Lakeway, Westlake, Buda, Kyle,    and Manor.  We go to San Marcos, New Braunfels, and Killeen but there may be additional charges.

We don’t go to San Antonio.

Payment Information

         We require a $100.00 deposit to reserve a bus.  The balance is due on the day of the trip and you can pay the driver cash upon arrival or use a card, or we can recharge the card used to make the deposit.
