Located only 45 minutes from downtown Austin, the vineyards in Driftwood and Dripping Springs offer great wines and a fun wine tour experience that is perfect for celebrating birthdays, bachelorette parties, or any kind of special occasion.
Enjoy your tour on a 16, 20, or 24 passenger party bus and visit anywhere from three to four breweries in the Driftwood/Dripping Springs area. Brewery tours start at six hours and will include stops at popular breweries in the Driftwood/Dripping Springs area including Twisted X, Deep Eddy Vodka, and Treaty Oak Distillery.
There are many Driftwood and Dripping Springs wineries located within 20 minutes of each other with scenic drives in between. The perfect combination of Austin Party Buses and Hill Country vineyards. If you want to spend more time at he wineries and less time on the road then this is the place for you.
Austin Party Bus provides transportation only (tasting fees not included) and you can go to the breweries of your choice as well stops for food or BBQ. The Salt Lick in Driftwood is a popular Stop for BBQ and is only 10 – 20 minutes away from some of the popular breweries in Driftwood and Dripping Springs.
A good route for a scenic Driftwood wine tour is Duchman Winery, Wimberely Valley Estates, and Solaro Estate. You can Substitute Driftwood Estates which is beautiful and very scenic with hilltop views but you must make a reservation prior to visiting and Driftwood Estates and this must be the first stop.
Substitute Treaty Oaks for a little more laid back atmosphere and brewery/distillery option.
Other good wineries in Driftwood are Fall Creek Vineyards, Hawk’s Shadow Vineyard, and Bell Springs Winery.
