Every Austin Party Bus rental includes: professional driver, limo-style seating, LED party lights, Bluetooth/AUX sound system with 12" subwoofers, built-in coolers filled with ice, bottled water, and cups. BYOB is welcome—beer, wine, liquor, even glass bottles. Many Austin party bus companies have bench seating or charge extra for coolers and ice. We include everything.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards online. You can also pay the balance in cash to the driver upon arrival. A $100 deposit is required to reserve your bus.

Is the deposit refundable?

The $100-$200 deposit is non-refundable when you book. The remaining balance is due the day before your trip. Cancellations within 72 hours of your trip will be charged the full amount.

We service all of greater Austin including Round Rock, Georgetown, Lakeway, Westlake, Buda, Kyle, and Manor. We also go to San Marcos, New Braunfels, and Killeen (additional fees may apply). We do not service San Antonio.

Yes! When you rent hourly, it's your time. We'll take you wherever you want to go—bars, restaurants, venues, multiple pickup locations, whatever.

Totally fine! Just communicate with your driver. As long as it fits within your rental time, you can adjust the itinerary on the fly.

What happens if it rains on our river float day?

If severe weather makes river floating unsafe, we'll convert your trip to a 6-hour winery/brewery/BBQ tour for the same price. No stress.

What's your cancellation policy?

The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 72 hours of your trip, the full balance is due. We recommend trip insurance for large bookings.
