## Cancellation Policy
- 7+ days out: Forfeit deposit only
- Within 7 days: Full balance is due
- Rain policy: No cancellations for weather (convert to pub crawl or winery tour instead)

## Additional Fees
- Overtime: $150/hour plus 20% suggested gratuity
- Mileage: $10/mile beyond 25 miles of Austin
- Online Booking: 6% booking fee included in prices
- Smoking/Vaping: $250 fine + possible trip termination
- Cleanup (getting sick): $250 fee
